Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Renew Skin n' Body, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- All Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
- Returns must be approved with a return approval code and the item shipped back within 7 days of receipt of the product. Receipt of the product will be the date delivered via tracking date of delivery. No exceptions.
- Return Approval code may be obtained by emailing RenewSkinNBody@gmail.com. Include name, order number and the reason for the return. You will be receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.
- For the safety and the integrity of the product, you will be required to provide proof of the unopened items to avoid issues with your return. Items returned without proof will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.

- Opened or used items.
- Professional grade treatment products sold separately.
- Custom-made items, clearance and final sale products.
