Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6 to 8 business days. May be sooner.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 business days. May be sooner.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over $100.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 2 - 4 days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Renew Skin N Body is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
